Releasing Physical & Emotional Pain

Do you want to discover the key to releasing physical and emotional pain?
This simple technique allows you to move emotions from the subconscious mind, process the old feelings, and let go of the story.
Have you tried everything and the pain in your (fill in the blank) is still there?
I hear you, I've been there. As much as we don't like to hear it, physical pain is often linked to an emotion - some negative thought or trauma that occurred.
The pain stays there until we dive down the rabbit hole and uncover the real wound.
It doesn't sound comfortable, but underneath the uncomfortable is where the good feelings are. When we clear out the blockages we are more in our POWER place.
Sometimes pain, physical & emotional, takes over our lives and leaves us feeling like a victim.
Here's a tool that empowers you to feel good again. The amazing part is it's FREE. And YOU can do it right now at home.
Feeling good is the first step towards replacing unhealthy habits with positive patterns.

Using EFT or Tapping to Release Trauma

I first learned about a technique called EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, in 2002 after the loss of an ex-boyfriend. I was looking for ways to process the trauma & grief and was led to an amazing psychologist (who was really an indigenous healer in disguise). She used eye movement, sound, vibration and her voice to help me move stuck emotions from my subconscious mind into my conscious mind and release my emotionally charged reactions to life events.
It was very helpful and catapulted me into my own healing arts career. Years later, EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, came into my life as a "self-help tool." It was easier than EMDR to do on myself whenever I needed to create a shift in my emotional state. I have to admit, I used it occasionally in bodywork sessions because of its success with releasing pain. And sometimes I did it on myself. It wasn't an every day practice yet. Then, when I was pregnant in 2011, I started using it more as a Self-Care tool to get me through certain moments of woe.
The year 2014 has transformed me into a daily Tapper:) I found Nick Ortner online, and he spoke to me in a way that no other had before. What he teaches as "Tapping" is like the "on-the-go" version of EFT. For me, it started with his talk on how to use Tapping to remove any obstacles around my goals. I was like, WHAT? YES, I WANT THIS! And thus the journey began, again...

What Is Tapping?
Tapping is an easy to follow system that uses a combination of 9 acupressure points and psychology. Don't get scared by the word psychology; really it's words that guide you from your 'current feelings' to the 'truth you want to experience.' You start with your set-up statement, which is often negative, and slowly work your way into phrases that bring you to 'how you want to feel.' It's a gradual process because if you go too quickly from the negative words to the positive affirmations, you may miss the underlying feelings that are at the root of the emotional trigger.
