DOSAGE:
One spray is a dose.
Two times daily. First thing upon rising and last thing when you rest are ideal times to take it. This harmonizes you with nature's creation of the sun and the moon cycle. This bottle lasts 2 weeks. If you use more than one spray, simply add stable water to it and shake it 10 times to recreate the essence.
