The Large is for a Chronic Issue, meaning you have held this mindset or emotion for a long time, even as a child, or a past live.
For a chronic condition use: Two times daily. First thing upon rising and last thing when you rest are ideal times to take it. This harmonizes you with nature's creation of the sun and the moon cycle. This bottle lasts 2 weeks. If you use more than one spray, simply add stable water to it and shake it 10 times to recreate the essence.
The Medium is for an Acute Issue, meaning it is recent or even comes up occasionally. It can be uses as needed.
